Using bulk delete

In the user interface, a user can only delete up to 250 records at a time. If you have more records to delete, you can use the bulk delete feature.

Bulk delete is found in the user interface by clicking the arrow to the right of the DELETE button, as shown here:

The following screenshots will show the steps in the bulk delete wizard to create a bulk delete job in order to delete completed tasks over 3 months old.

Bulk delete is a privilege in security roles. If you do not have the privilege, then you will not see the Bulk Delete option.

To start the wizard, click on the Bulk Delete button. The first page of the wizard will open, as shown in the following screenshot:
