Reading image files from the input folder and creating a list

In this section, we will build an image details list in an Excel file called ImageDetails.xlsx in the Output folder. This file will be used to store the names (along with the file paths) of the images that will be submitted to the SafeSearch API for moderation. Once we get the results for the image back from the API, we will add them to the sheet. Let's start by reading the files in the Input folder.
