In this chapter, we’ve taken you through a whirlwind tour of the IBM Cloud Garage Method. We highlighted the practices of the IBM Design Thinking, Lean startup, and Agile methods that make up the IBM Cloud Garage Method. More important. we showed you how these practices come together and why we chose them to fit together into a cohesive whole.

In the next chapter, we introduce the final piece of our methodological puzzle: involving your operations team (at the squad level and at a more global level) in your Cloud adoption journey by introducing ideas from DevOps and site reliability engineering.
