Governance

Cloud adoption and digital transformation are the future of IT. As you’ve seen, however, the reality is that this future is multichannel, multicloud, and multivendor. The complexity of this ecosystem makes the need for governance apparent. An ever-changing regulatory environment further drives the need for effective governance.

As we have discussed, at this time of change in the IT landscape, leaders recognize that they must take a new level of ownership of their IT destiny and reimagine IT’s role in the business. To do so, they must clearly define the decision-rights frameworks that must be put in place and exercised. This clarity is imperative not only for short-term success, but also for sustained success.
