What Are the Complete Dimensions of a Cloud Strategy?

Usually, an organization that is looking to get a solid start or a good handle on its cloud strategy already has several cloud-related initiatives live or in the pipeline. We often see lines of businesses experimenting in a “shadow IT” mode or a sales group already using cloud solutions from cloud-based vendors such as Salesforce.com.
