7.3 Impact of PCCF
The example WSN PMS in Example 7.3 is analyzed using five different values of conditional link failure probability conditioned on the occurrence of a CC (q = q11e = q11h = q11i = q21e = q21j = q21l), which are 0 (implying no PCCFs occur), 0.2 (low occurrence probabilities), 0.5 (medium occurrence probabilities), 0.8 (high occurrence probabilities), and 1 (corresponding to deterministic CCFs). Four different values of occurrence probabilities of CCs (p = P(CC11) = P(CC21)) are also considered.
Table 7.3 summarizes the unreliability of the example WSN PMS under the different parameter combinations. Figure 7.15 presents the unreliability results graphically.
