Using project management in your compliance approach


Using project management for a systematic approach to establish a compliance program is the first important aspect to be considered for a successful implementation. Many companies already have processes for project management; defined documents to use for the initiation or proposal of a project; and documents for project plans, budgets, resources, and time plans.
