Document preview

One of the features of Horizon Files is the ability to preview documents within the browser of your device without actually opening the document.

This is particularly useful when using a device such as an iPad, as it allows you to preview Microsoft Office documents. There are two options for previewing files.

LibreOffice

You will find an installer script on the data-va appliance, ready built for the install and download of LibreOffice.

Note

The data-va appliance will need to have an Internet access as the LibreOffice files are going to be automatically downloaded.

Perform the following steps to complete the installation:

From your vSphere client, open a console window to your data-va appliance.
Log in as the root user with the password you used in the deployment of the vApp.
On the command line, run the following command:
```
/opt/zimbra/libexec/libreoffice-installer.sh
```
