Multi-device access

In the previous sections, we have predominantly talked about the Windows operating system; however, the whole ethos behind Horizon Workspace is to allow users to access their files and data from any device, while maintaining the same user interface. For Horizon Files, there are also apps for both iOS and Android devices.

The Android app

The following screenshot shows a user logged into Horizon Files using an Android smartphone. As you can see, they get a view of exactly the same files as they did when using a Windows PC or an Apple Mac.

The user is also able to preview their files.

The iOS app

The following screenshot shows a user logged into Horizon Files using an iPad:

Again, you can see that they get a view of exactly the same files as they did when using a Windows PC, Apple Mac, or an Android device, along with the ability to preview files.
