Chapter 3. Monitor and Optimize End User Experience

The most frequent complaint that system administrators receive from users about XenApp is definitely about the applications starting slowly. They certainly do not consider the fact that, at least for the first time, when you launch an application published by XenApp, an entire login process takes place.

The use of mobile devices and/or mobile connections is becoming more and more frequent. This introduces new problems such as network interruptions and same application (even multimedia ones) usage on different devices with different CPU power and screen sizes.
