Getting ready

Go to Help | Install New Software...:

Add a site for Mylyn and click on Next >:

Review the items to be installed and click on Next >.
Accept the terms of the license agreement and then click on Finish. It will start installing the Mylyn package.
Once it is finished, Restart Eclipse.
