Untangle's Policy Manager allows you to set different policies based on the username, date, and time. For example, you can provide teachers with a spam filtering feature and allow them to access Facebook and YouTube anytime and use BitTorrent applications, while completely blocking all of this for students, and for the administrative users, you can allow them to access Facebook and YouTube during break time only.
