To keep up with the general Puppet community announcements and ask questions, there is a Google Group set up at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/puppet-users. The nice thing about this Google Group is that you can search through the previous posts for questions that are similar to your problem. There is also a Puppet Bugs forum. You can go through it by visiting https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/puppet-bugs, where JIRA tickets are discussed. You can also search the JIRA (the ticket system used by Puppet Labs, an Atlassian product) ticket database directly by visiting https://tickets.puppetlabs.com.

There is also a Puppet developers' group that is concerned with the Puppet language and its development. This group should not be used for general questions.

Puppet Labs also maintains a blog of updates and interesting Puppet articles. Reading the blog will also help you increase your Puppet awareness and possibly find new solutions to your problems. You can view the...
