According to Citrix and other lab tests, XenServer is the most effective hypervisor that can be used to deliver the best-in-class application and desktop delivery. GPU virtualization increases graphic performance; new 64-bit kernel, which improves networking and storage performance; and workload geo-tagging to restrict the work load to run in the particular location for security reasons.
In this book, we will be using XenServer 6.2. If you want to know more about this feature, you can go to http://www.citrix.com/products/xenserver/overview.html, and download the media files from www.citrix.com/xenserver.
