Standard communication is necessary for the end user. This recipe will show you how to create a new e-mail notification for end users, IT staff, stakeholders, and so on.
To step through this recipe, you should have an active Service-Now instance, valid credentials, and the admin role.
Open any standard web browser and type the instance address.
Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
On the left-hand side in the search box, type
system notification:

Now you will be able to see the System Notification application on the left-hand side:
