In this chapter, we covered the different card customizations that are now available in TFS 2015 on both the Kanban and Task boards. We then looked at another feature that is new in TFS 2015—the ability to add swimlanes to the Kanban board. Finally, we looked at configuring columns on the Kanban board, which is a feature that existed in TFS 2013, but we focused on two extra features in this area that help make this board a lot more powerful.

In the next chapter, we will move on to process template configuration to perform more complex customizations.
