As already mentioned the multi-node Azure Stack deployment works with the same bits and bytes like the development toolkit does. The huge difference is that with the multi-node environment there is a minimum of four different nodes running Azure Stack and one additional one, the so called life cycle host.
The deployment is split into the following phases:

- Preparing and finalizing the environment
As Azure Stack will not be a piece of hardware, that a customer will install Azure Stack software on, there needs to be a standardized way to collect information that are needed for a deployment.
