Production environment and responsibilities 


Before diving deep into the Go Live planning related activities, it is important to the production environment. Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition offers three distinct deployment options: cloud, local business data (on-premises), and Cloud and Edge (hybrid). All the deployment options use the same application code base and tooling; However, the process, roles, and responsibilities of managing these production environments are different.
