Upgrading/migration planning


Upgrading or from Dynamics AX 2012 or AX 2009 is not an easy task especially when you have large customization. Just like an implementation project, an project needs proper project strategy and planning. To execute a successful upgrade project, you need a proper project plan, change management, test, training, and deployment planning. Even before you start the upgrade project, you have to evaluate if you are ready for an upgrade and evaluate what activities you have to do.
