Monitoring workload usage and usage patterns

As an administrator, you may need to monitor and review usage statistics for the Microsoft 365 services. There are two areas to look at for monitoring usage: the reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center and the reports in the Power BI service, which can be used to discover information about data integrations.

Office 365 services

As mentioned in previous chapters, usage metrics for SharePoint Online and other core services of the Microsoft 365 suite can be accessed through the Reports section of the Microsoft 365 admin center.
