Ultimately, there's a lot more to know about Group Policy, and some people spend years mastering its every knob and level. Unified Remote Access, for the most part, requires understanding of the Group Policy and Certificate infrastructure and concepts, but with any luck, you won't need to fiddle with this a lot after your initial deployment. However, do try to keep at least the basic principles in your head, and we also hope this discussion made you more interested in taking advantage of some of the things Group Policy can offer you and your organization. Certificates, on the other hand, are required for all the advanced scenarios for URA, as well as deploying URA to Windows 7 clients, so this information will be of high value as we go further into the innards of URA.
In the next chapter, we will finally go into the actual tasks of deploying URA. We will see the configuration wizard and console, and see how the various options can be implemented.
