The first thing that we need to do is enable the Horizon View module and then configure the View elements from within Horizon Workspace. You will also need a VMware Horizon View 5.2 or newer deployment already up and running.
We will need to perform the following steps to set up the basic configurations:
Log on to the configurator-va appliance as the Horizon Administrator.
From the options on the left-hand side, select Module Configuration.
Click on the Enable this module button (1). This is shown in the following screenshot:
Once enabled, you will see that there is a link to the connector-va appliance (2). Clicking on this link will take you directly to the connector appliance, which we need to do in order to complete the next steps in the configuration process and configure the user access and Horizon View pools.
