Summary

In this chapter, you have learned how to perform different TRBL operations based on the component affected.

We have covered overall TRBL techniques, and we have looked at different vSphere commands we can use for TRBL. Although you may use some GUI tools for TRBL, you will usually stick with the CLI-based commands for their ease of use.

We have covered different CLI commands that you can use to troubleshoot your vCenter Server or ESXi host, and we have gone through different vSphere components that might be necessary to troubleshoot.

Finally, we covered several everyday situations that might require TRBL.

This concludes the second part of this book, and in the last part, we will have a look at how you can extend your vSphere knowledge and experience with vSphere Lab.
