Chapter 5: Managing VMware vSAN
Chapter 4, VxRail Management Overview, described the VxRail Manager plugin's functions and how to deliver a central management dashboard for hardware and software monitoring in a VxRail cluster, such as what components can be monitored at the cluster level and host level. We learned how to define VxRail roles and permissions for managing a VxRail cluster and gained an understanding of the architecture of VxRail role-based access control.

This includes different vSAN services, management of vSAN storage policies, monitoring vSAN objects in a VxRail cluster, and vSAN availability.
