In previous sections, we looked at many tools and techniques to secure your Azure resources in a very comprehensive way. Azure Security Center combines them all and gives a holistic view of the security posture of your Azure organization and beyond.
Once you enable Azure Security Center, it examines and continuously monitors your environment, performs a security assessment, and provides you with a number called secure score. The secure score is calculated based on various security practices followed in your environment based on their importance; a higher security score would mean that you're following most of the security best practices.
