Florian Hopf works as a freelance software developer and consultant in Karlsruhe, Germany. She is the co-founder of Piqora, a company that specializes in social media analytics and content management solutions for online retailers. Prior to working for start-ups, she worked as a software engineer at Yahoo! Search and Microsoft Bing.

Dan Noble is a software engineer from Washington, D.C. who has been a big fan of ElasticSearch since 2011.
