Qlik Sense is the newest user interface in the QlikView family. It is similar to QlikView but designed to be implemented by an organization's technology department, gathering the data into server resources that are then accessed by the user community. It has much of the same data visualization and analysis application as QlikView. It allows business users to easily create personalized views, reports, and dashboards with drag-and-drop simplicity. Working with Qlik Sense is more like working with QlikView in WebView, which was not covered in this book. Like QlikVew, a sample application is available for download. The interface and the way it is used is more drag-and-drop than QlikView, but it also has a learning curve. It is more dependent upon conformed (formatted) data with less control in the loading process.
