The dataset recipe makes the process of data preparation simpler and we now know how. In this chapter, we learned that the data recipe is a user interface tool that allows you to receive data from existing datasets, replications, bucket fields, and so on, and prepare a new dataset from it. We can export data from Einstein by using dataset.Utils
but it doesn't support derived measures and derived dimensions. Also, we can create, transform, run, and schedule recipes using Data Manager. We can hide and show columns using the navigator.
All datasets and data preparation should be supported by strong security; otherwise, all confidential data will be compromised and may have an effect on the business. Hence, the next chapter is all about security in Einstein Analytics and we are going to study methods to access and restrict Salesforce and dataset records. We are going to explore the configuring integration/security user and sharing applications, lenses, and dashboards.
