5. Using Speech with the Chatbot

Overview

In this chapter, we will learn about the basics of Amazon Connect. We'll look at how to use Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda to interact with a chatbot using voice. We will also demonstrate how you can create a personal call center using Amazon Connect. We'll learn how to obtain a free phone number for a personal call center. We will also learn about using Amazon Lex chatbots with Amazon Connect with contact flows and different templates. By the end of this chapter, you will be able to connect the call center to your Lex chatbot.
