Creating card drill paths

Let's go through some scenarios where we use card drill paths to better understand sales performance. As is normally the case, before we get to cards, we need to do some data sculpting work. The following steps will update the opportunity data to include regional data:

  1. We need to update the Opportunity CH4 dataset to include a Region column and some additional date dimension columns. Download the Opportunity CH7.xlsx worksheet as the data update source from
  2. On the Sales dashboard, double-click to open the Sales Attainment card. Scroll down to see the card footer and click on the Opportunity CH4 link at the lower left of the screen.
