Histogram Table

A histogram is a variation of displaying the distribution of trends. This chart groups the distributions and displays them in a bar-like chart that shows the outline of the distribution.

Begin by connecting Superstore Data in Tableau to build a histogram using the following steps:

  1. Select the measure to be turned into bins, right-click, and select Create > Bins. A window will open that will allow the user to edit the size of the bins, as shown in Figure 5.12:
