Summary
This chapter has been pretty straightforward. First, we covered static and dynamic reports, what they are, and the pros and cons of each. Then, we talked about ad hoc reports and research reports, one being a short, quick report and the other being a long, in-depth report. Next, we discussed self-service reports, what they are, and why they are popular. Then, we briefly covered recurring reports and some common types. Finally, we wrapped up this chapter with a brief summary of a list of data analytics tools you will need to know the names of for the exam. This has been a high-level overview of the different types of reports.
In the next chapter, we will cover what goes into these reports!
