The second task of the Elicitation and Collaboration Knowledge Area is: Conduct Elicitation. This task describes the execution of elicitation sessions as it was planned and is now performed by the business analyst.

There are a number of different ways of conducting elicitation with stakeholders and in most cases, the business analyst will use a combination of different approaches, techniques, and styles to obtain and complete the elicitation activities.
