Availability improvements in SQL Server 2019

Accelerated database recovery

Accelerated Database Recovery (ADR) is a feature that was introduced in Azure SQL Database but is now included in SQL Server 2019 for on-premises and IaaS deployments. ADR speeds up recovery when a database is brought online after a failover or an event where the database was not cleanly taken offline.
