On Time In Full, or OTIF, is a measure of supply chain logistics. OTIF is of interest to any organization that ships products as OTIF measures whether the expected product was delivered in the quantity ordered, at the expected time, and to the desired location. In short, OTIF measures whether customers get what they want when they want it. The calculation for OTIF can be measured in a variety of ways, including the following:
