Lead generation data and security model

In this section, we will explore the functionality in the Sales Cloud Data Model that is most commonly used for lead generation. Sales Cloud is built on the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, which means it benefits from the secure and scalable infrastructure. We explored the tools available for security in the previous chapter, Chapter 3, Design and Build – The Core Sales Process, which you might want to review.

We will take a look at the Objects available in Sales Cloud, explore what they are best used for, and how they relate to other key Objects in Sales Cloud.
