Going mobile

There is a mobile app available with Sales Cloud: the Salesforce Mobile App. It offers teams that are out in the field, such as your Sales teams, the option to quickly review and update data on the move without having to open a laptop. It is available for iOS and Google devices. It is worth noting that Forecasts is only available in the iOS app.

It is designed to enable the most common on-the-move activities, such as checking the situation with a customer before going into a meeting or logging a call made while out and about. It does not have all the functionalities available on the desktop version of Sales Cloud. Check Salesforce Help for the most up-to-date list of considerations and limitations to confirm it is an appropriate solution for your Users. Not all Objects are available in the Mobile app, but all the key Sales Cloud Objects are available in a way that allows for operational tasks.
