In this chapter, we have learned a lot about a variety of the functions available in Sales Cloud to increase productivity. We started by learning why it is important to really consider the User’s experience when making choices about your Sales Cloud solution and how this can impact overall adoption. We explored how you ensure consistency in your implementation with design principles and how you can learn more about UX design by studying for the Salesforce certification.

Next, we explored a range of option for customizing the Sales Cloud user interface, including how information can be presented on the page and how key information can be elevated on the page with the Highlights Panel and Path components.
