The first thing we need to do is install and set up our work environment to do 3D work, and to achieve this, we simply have to install Blender.
Download Blender from the main site (https://www.blender.org/download/). The version we are using is 2.75a and you can get it from this link: http://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.75/.
Download for the platform you have. Ours is Windows 8.1, 64 bit, and we'll get the MSI installer.
After the download has completed, just execute the installer and put it in your preferred folder.
