Summary

In this chapter, you learned how to build the various platforms that HaxeFlixel supports. You experienced how easy it is to build games that run on these platforms with no code changes and minimal amounts of work. You also learned the essentials of setting up an iOS application, which have some very broad uses.

To continue learning, I suggest looking into the project files created for both Android and iOS, looking at what you can change, and playing around with running them through their respective IDEs.

In the next chapter, we'll go over what we accomplished with our game so far and talk about features that could be added to enhance the experience and build up what's been learned. After this, you will be directed to additional features of Haxe, OpenFL, and HaxeFlixel to check out and grow more as a game developer.

To finish things off, you will be directed to useful sites and resources to keep learning.
