Making it look nicer—some particle effects

In a game, eye candy is always good. For this, we will add some particle effects that will resemble smoke and explosions. The first will be emitted once a plane takes a hit, and the latter when it explodes into pieces.

The following methods will be added to the class game, but will be called during the callback methods of the engine class.

Emitting smoke

We need to create a method to emit some smoke (not real smoke), that will do so whether the plane is the enemy's or the player's.
