We all have our reasons for wanting to use Blender. The initial reason was that I wanted to teach a class on 3D animation at the Parks and Recreation center. I needed a 3D system that would fit the budget and that students could take home to use. Since then, I've also used it professionally, creating animations for an airline, a national football league team, banks, and more. With Blender, I made the first animated entry ever submitted to the Film in 48 Hours contest, and one Blender animation of mine was accepted in the Ozark Foothills Film Festival.
