When the installation is finished, you will see your Moodle Home Page:
From here, you can continue with any, or all of the following:
Configure your site
Set up your site's Front Page
Create user accounts
Create courses
You can do these in any order, but I usually use the order presented here. And don't be intimidated into thinking that you must get all of these correct or right the first time. They can be changed and edited at any time. So start with something you are most comfortable with, develop some momentum, and build your learning site.
