Return to the course homepage. Also, make sure you have editing turned on.
Click the hand & pen icon next to the topic you want to edit.
Now, enter a short summary of the topic. This summary also has to serve as the topic title. You might want to use rich formatting to differentiate the title from the rest of the text:

4. When you're done, click on Save changes, and you'll go back to your course with the new summary in place. (If you want to cancel the change, just click your browser's Back button. Note that you will lose all your changes if you do this.)
5. Do this for each week/topic in the course.
