Time for action—changing the font color


  1. 1. Open your Moodle site in Mozilla Firefox by navigating to http://localhost.

  2. 2. Log in by clicking on the Login link in the top right-hand corner.

  3. 3. Open your my_style.css file that you created earlier by navigating to C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache 2.2\ htdocs\themes\mytheme.

  4. 4. There should be only one selector in this file namely body—the one that we added earlier. You need to make one change here, just add color:red; in the end as follows:

    body, table, td, th, li {
    font-family:comic sans ms,Verdana,Helvetica,sans-serif;
    font-size:100%;
    color:red;
    }
    
  5. 5. Save and close my_style.css and go back and refresh your browser. You will see that most of the fonts have changed to red.
