In this section, we will cover in a little more detail some of the complexities surrounding themes, with specific reference to parent themes and the importance of using the standard theme as the base of any theme that you create. There are, however, other methods of creating themes, one of which we are going to have a look at next.
This is important, as although we covered themes in an earlier chapter of this book, we didn't cover them in sufficient detail for us to know how exactly they work.
