Summary


In this chapter, we've concerned ourselves with Having your Say—new ways in Moodle 2.0 to get our message across, communicate with other users. We've looked at:

  • Blogs: How they can be more easily used in courses and with comments

  • The Comments block: How it enables you to voice your opinions almost anywhere in Moodle

  • Messaging: How you now have more control over different types of alert

  • Feedback: Not new, but included as an option in Moodle 2.0

So far we have just looked briefly at administration issues as we've come across them. Chapter 8, Admin issues will go into more detail about the changes and improvements to administration in Moodle 2.0.
