Let's write some simple formula right now and see how render frame behaves.
First of all, you might find the rendering very bad. Don't worry, it's just an overview you have on your page, and the result will be much better in the final PDF document. But if you want to improve all that, go to File | Preferences, click on External Tools category, and increase the resolution value placed at the bottom right-hand side of the window. But again, there is no need for a high resolution here.
Let's modify some graphical option first. Edit the current render frame source code and go to the Fonts/Headers tab. Change the Fontsize to one of the preset values. Click on the Update button. You'll see that all the text of the frame is modified.
