Creating competency tests with the Moodle quiz module


Many companies do not like to just rely on resumes and the interviewing process. With increasing frequency companies are requiring applicants to also take competency tests. These could include aptitude tests, cognitive ability tests, personality tests, and so on. The main requirement is the test should prove to be a good indicator of success in the position for hire.
