This chapter is all about sound and vision. A big plus for teachers using Moodle is that we're not just tied to displaying worksheets that we've had for years. Our classes can watch movies, listen to interviews or stories, and even make their own audio visuals for other students to enjoy. As part of our Rivers and Flooding project, we're going to get our students involved in producing content for Moodle and we're also going to be creative ourselves.
In this chapter, we shall:
Make a sound recording of one of our students reading a rivers poem
Make a short film about a field trip our class went on, using students' photos and a narrative read by another member of the class
Upload the recording and the short film into Moodle to show the students' parents how talented they are
